<p>Integrative of morphology and DNA data was using to define China Ethmostigmus centipedes. Two mitochondrial DNA loci (COI, 16S rRNA) and nuclear DNA locus (28S rRNA) were used to determine the phylogenetic position of any potential species using maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference approaches. Five species of China Ethmostigmus are new recognized: Ethmostigmus pygomenasoides Lewis, 1992 stat. nov., and four new species, viz. E. flavescens sp. nov., E. austroyunnanensis sp. nov., Ethmostigmus biocolor sp. nov. and E. motuoensis sp. nov. These species are described and keyed, and their distributions mapped.</p>
