AbstractThe Acomys minous reference genome offers a crucial resource for uncovering phylogenetic relationships within the genus and its complex phylogeographic history . The entirety of the genome sequence was assembled into 20 contiguous chromosomal pseudomolecules. This chromosome-level assembly encompasses 2.35 Gb, composed of 297 contigs and 113 scaffolds, with contig and scaffold N50 values of 29.3 Mb and 113 Mb, respectively.
